August 25, 2014 - August 25th 2015, I shot 1 roll of film every month. This was part of my 30 before 30 list (a project you can find in detail here on my old/writing blog, Writing the Ridiculous). I shot all the film! but I didn't get it developed until I was working on my 35 before 35 list last year. They've been up on Patreon since I first scanned them, but I've been wanting to get them onto my site some way or another for a while. I think this is finally a nice home for them!
The SplitCam is always one of my favorites. I love using it for double exposures.
This is an example of an actual split shot. The top of the frame is the porch railing and the bottom is the ceiling of our front porch.
It's not great indoors, haha.
This is my favorite shot from this roll, I think. So dreamy!
Part of this challenge was to share every shot. Sometimes the camera would expose in my bag and I wouldn't know if I had taken a photo or not. Sometimes it would switch and set to take more than two exposures. Sometimes the little shields would slide into place and block the lens and I wouldn't notice.
